I am here to empower women to live the best version of themselves through lifting positive vibrations, dancing with joy and discovering the transformative power of my 10 Principles of flow, strength, stretch, cardio, core as well as mobilisation, breath, focus and relax/recovery.

In my eyes, I am more than a woman; I am a repository of wisdom eager to empower others, particularly women entering the menopausal stage, to break free from the shackles of 'I'm not good enough' thinking. My journey is a rich blend of positivity, adventure, love, joy, as well as the inevitable threads of sadness and regret. I am a woman unafraid to navigate diverse terrains, occasionally ruffling feathers to propel myself and others forward.
From a place of uncertainty, I've traversed the path to wisdom, finding certainty in my identity and the valuable offerings I have for women entering this transformative stage of life. My mission is to draw out the best in individuals, positioning myself as a thought leader with a positive money mindset, adept skills, and a profound understanding of the mind-body connection, specifically tailored for women experiencing menopause. I find Jill’s unique YogaPilates Fusion always inspiring. Even after 20 years of being part of her programs it never ceases to amaze me that there is always a flow, a smooth sequence, a new form of a stretch or a new posture as well as new information to challenge the body and the mind. Jill’s programs are formulated to adapt to different people’s requirements and I for one and now my husband Simon also feel better both mentally and physically as we release endorphins, work up a sweat, without impact on joints and then top it off with YogaNidra Meditation. During Covid lockdowns Simon and I did 3 classes per week on Zoom and have never looked or felt better and now squeezing in 2 a week now back at work but never miss Saturday’s BodyBarre Class the most uplifting part of the week.
