While a single session provides a great starting point, we encourage a minimum of 4 sessions for an optimal foundation. This not only ensures a thorough understanding of your needs but also equips you with the tools to transition into group classes or an individualized take-home program.
Reformer Circuit is a unique small group class of 4 only, incorporating my specialty of MindBody fusions for strength, tone and complete empowerment through guided movement using the Pilates Reformer, the Wunda Chair, Magic Circle, mini Arc Barrel , mat Pilates and hand weights specifically for women over 45 years, who may be moving through perimenopausal symptoms to post menopausal.
Participants will experience a well rounded workout, with each individual in mind, focusing on strength, flexibility and total balanced MindBody Fitness and Wellness.
Each session is thoughtfully crafted to foster a supportive and encouraging environment, allowing participants to fully embrace their strengths and capabilities and build on this.
My greatest joy is to see ‘the tribe’, ‘the community’ realising that lifting their vibrations through movement and the result of feeling their strength and empowerment as women is so incredible and uplifting for all of us as a group and beyond.
The Waking Sleep
Yoga Nidra (the waking sleep) is part of all programs I teach.
This one is modified to 10 minutes to fit into a 1 hour or a 75 minute class. Yoga Nidra can be any length from 10 minutes through to as much as 2 hours. Finishing with a seated spine twist after slowly rising from side lying or rocking back and forth to sitting adding another 2 long inhales and exhales to complete this section.
